演员新闻《《歌手》又涉侵权！国外版权方下場怒斥，节目组何时能長记性？》

在《我是歌手》最新一期节目中，声入人心男团和迪玛希合作献唱了皇后乐队的四首经典老歌，舞台上迪玛希的表现让观众朋友们很是惊艳。

然而随后有细心的网友提出质疑，这四首歌到底有没有获得版权方的许可，节目组是否在没有拿到版权的情况下，擅自改编演唱。

这四首歌曲分别是皇后乐队的《Love Of My Life》、《We Will Rock You》、《Bohemian Rhapsody》、《We Are The Champions》。该网友表示，因为这四首歌太过经典所以一直以来都极难拿到改编权，在《我是歌手》节目中，要对这四首歌重新编曲、演奏、演唱就得拿到改编权，对于这种大IP级的歌曲，各大版权公司在授权的时候都是非常谨慎的，版权费绝对不会少，且对音乐作品的完整性有非常高的要求，改编权审核的门槛也超高。

果然随后皇后乐队版权方索雅音乐在微博上发文证实从未将版权授权给节目组。索雅音乐表示，原创音乐作品是音乐产业的基石和源动力，其合法权益应当也必须得到尊重和保护。

这波可以说是官方下场手撕芒果台了。

要说迪玛希也是惨，已经不是第一次被节目组坑了。明明不交版权费的是湖南卫视，迪玛希却屡屡为节目组背锅，当年就因为翻唱改编了维塔斯的《歌剧2》被维达斯起诉，状告芒果台未经授权私自用于上演和获取商业利益。

随后有网友发现，这组表演片段已经在网络被下架。

对于芒果台先播出后删除的这个做法，网友也是颇为诟病。毕竟已经不是第一次，希望节目组尊重每一位原创歌手的付出和心血，如此折腾只会败掉好感。

说起来，《歌手》过往侵权事件就屡屡上演。张杰曾改编翻唱过歌曲《默》，节目播出后高晓松就在微博婉转的提醒，节目组并未得到他的授权，强调虽然作者是新人，但是也应该受到尊重。

高晓松都下场了，节目组自然是立马道歉补上，但是这种操作实在是一言难尽。节目组在改编歌曲播出前都敢不通知版权方，可见如果高晓松不下场，节目组很可能就此蒙混过关。

除了过往的侵权事件，新一季的《歌手》也屡次惹出风波。

早前杨坤凭借一首改编闽南语歌曲《浪子回头》获得了排名第一，随后就被曝改编的这首歌并未获得授权，网络版也删掉了这个片段，因此惹来了网友的质疑。

随后，节目组发声明澄清。表示杨坤翻唱的歌曲《浪子回头》在节目播出前，早已获得词曲作者及版权方的电视播出授权，只是并未获得网络视频及音频的传播，所以才删掉了网络版的《浪子回头》片段。

除了歌曲之外，海报跟宣传片段也被指抄袭。2018年《歌手》放出一组宣传片，其中jessie J的部分被网友认出是抄袭了某奢侈品的宣传广告。

2017年，电影《惊天破》的官微就出面指责《歌手》的宣传海报抄袭了自己的创意，讽刺歌手节目组盗用自家设计师的作品，原封不动的抄袭。

讲真，《歌手》从第一季播出以来，一直以过硬的质量，强悍的音乐舞台，强劲的实力对决，给了观众一场音乐视听盛宴，但是屡次传出的侵权风波，就像一边说着尊重一边冒犯，让观众都对节目的初心宗旨产生质疑。

一个好的节目，应该是做足了准备，而不是屡次惹出风波后，再回应致歉。折腾来折腾去，最后只会给节目的根基留下黑点。希望节目组能够长点记性吧。
